This short meditation is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with your body.

You can return to this practice anytime you need grounding, reassurance, or calm.

This is not about doing anything “right.”
It is simply about coming home to yourself.

Instructions

  • Find a comfortable position.

  • Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly if that feels supportive.

  • Press play and allow yourself to rest.

You may return to this meditation during pregnancy, early labor, moments of intensity, or whenever you feel the need to reconnect.
