Luminous Birth Course

A calm, grounded approach to preparing your body, mind, and nervous system for labor.

Birth preparation doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.

This 14-day guided course offers a gentle, body-based approach to preparing for labor through breath, movement, awareness, and nervous system support.

Why this course

A different way to prepare for birth

Many women prepare for birth with information, but still feel overwhelmed in their body.

This course offers something more grounded.

Instead of focusing only on what birth is supposed to look like, it helps you build tools you can actually return to during labor. Through breath, movement, reflection, and guided audio practices, you’ll learn how to feel more calm, connected, and supported as you approach birth.

What you’ll learn

Over 14 days, you’ll explore:

  • understanding labor in a more grounded way

  • calming the nervous system

  • using breath as an anchor

  • creating a supportive birth environment

  • partner connection and support

  • movement and comfort techniques for labor

  • working with intensity one moment at a time

  • advocacy, flexibility, and trust

What’s included

What’s included:

  • 14 written lessons

  • 14 guided audio practices

  • simple daily reflections

  • self-paced access

  • a calm, supportive structure you can return to throughout pregnancy

This course is designed to feel spacious, gentle, and easy to move through at your own pace.
